		<description>Kudos to you Bob!   The clarity of the message is everything.  Sometimes we get so bogged down in "marketing speak" that we think everyone understands our message as well as we do.   Public speakers are the same way.   The best of them boil down their message to a universally understandable message - and bingo!  You've got your point across.

		<description>well, yeah it is true that some establishment has their own "&lt;i&gt;Jargon&lt;/i&gt;" but unfortunately, some customers can't familiarize themselves on the kind of lingo that they have...
i hope some marketers always remember that some customers are not that familiar to their terms do please make it simple and straight as much as possible</description>
